It is a delightfully modernised Victorian fisherman's cottage located on Aldeburgh high street right in the heart of everything with the beach very close by. There is a wide range of restaurants, welcoming pubs and coffee shops. Plus a variety of designer boutiques, art galleries (the Aldeburgh gallery is right next door) and provision stores nearby. The beach is less than a minutes stroll (80M or 90 yards). Everything is so close you don't have to use the car, making this the ideal suffolk seaside holiday cottage location.
Downstairs its lounge has two sofas and an armchair to relax by the Victorian cast iron fireplace. Evening entertainment includes flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, Ipod dock, Wi-Fi broadband and a selection of games and books.
The beautifully equipped kitchen has a dining area that looks out over the enclosed sunny patio garden.
The garden is designed for outdoor living with a grand barbeque, tables and chairs in a beautifully planted space.
Upstairs the holiday cottage has a sumptuous master double bedroom, a twin bedroom and smaller bedroom with bunks for 2 children.
High chair, travel cot and stair gate is available for younger visitors.
The cottage is gas centrally heated and the downstairs bathroom is equipped with a bath, washbasin and WC.

Savor the local produce from the market shop opposite or wait for the fishing fleet that sails from the beach every morning. By lunchtime they return selling fresh fish from their huts on the beach.

There are many historic towns, villages, castles, harbours, boat trips, wildlife and nature, stately homes and gardens to explore.
Located midway between Minsmere RSPB bird reserve (7 Miles north) and Orford Ness National nature reserve (5 miles south as the crow flies). In close proximity to North Warren nature reserve (1 mile), and not forgetting Dunwich Heath (7 miles North) an area of outstanding natural beauty and designated site of special scientific interest.
